This past Sunday was a night to remember when singer, songwriter, and storyteller MAJOR. returned home to Boston gracing the stage at the City Winery. Loved ones, supporters, and fans packed the intimate venue, and what they received was more than just a concert—it was an experience filled with music, inspiration, and connection.
From the moment he stepped onto the stage, MAJOR. commanded the room with his signature charisma and undeniable vocal power. He was proceeded by the BERKLEE Summer Gospel Choir who marched out to “I Prayed for You (Said A Prayer), accompanied by a guitarist and his DJ, as MAJOR. followed, singing his way through the crowd. He Performed fan favorites and timeless hits, he also introduced songs from his latest project,
which resonated deeply with the audience. Each note carried a message of love, resilience, and hope—reminding listeners why his music continues to touch hearts across the globe.

But MAJOR. didn’t just stay on the stage. In true “hope dealer” fashion, he moved once again through the crowd, shaking hands, sharing smiles, and delivering heartfelt birthday shout-outs in song. His ability to make each person feel seen and celebrated brought a unique warmth to the evening. At moments, he paused to share profound words with a select few individuals in the audience, offering wisdom that felt both personal and genuine. Later that evening after the concert had ended, I spoke with one of the women who had received a word from MAJOR. and she shared, “I tried my best not to burst into tears.” I nodded my head and said, “I know the feeling, I have been on the receiving end of a word from MAJOR. and when God downloads through him, he’s a vessel... receive it and thank God for using him to bring you the confirmation you needed."
The concert was more than a showcase of talent—it was a communal celebration. Many laughed, cried, sang along, and left uplifted, carrying with them the energy of a night that was as spiritual as it was entertaining.

As the final notes rang out, as MAJOR. handed out roses in the crowd, the audience knew they had witnessed something special: MAJOR. not just performing, but pouring his heart out, proving once again why he is affectionately known as the “Hope Dealer.”
What a night, indeed!
